Fall Destinations…

Serenbe Farms – Students will experience sustainability through farm-to-table and learn how to address food insecurity

  • Wednesday 10/2/24:  (Off-Campus)

Smyrna Recycling Center – Students learn about the environment, personal responsibility, community action, and solid waste management. They develop a sense of environmental awareness and responsibility, and learn how to be active participants in reducing waste and conserving resources.

Mercedes Benz Stadium STEAM Tour – Students learn about concepts of zero waste, recycling, composting, and water conservation using hands-on acitivities. Lesson plans provided by the Benz for pre- and post- tour learning.

Supply Fee – Supply fees for grow towers (seeds and rock wool) and wind powered cars/windmill.
