Our After School Enrichment Program provides support to our families by offering exceptional care for their children.  We engage students through meaningful interactions and hands on execution of  skill based projects and activities. Our students are happy, engaged and empowered.

After-School Enrichment Program (ASEP)

The Amana Academy After-School Enrichment Program (ASEP) operates every school day.  Parents have the option of using this program on a monthly or drop-in basis (weekly/daily).  During the ASEP Students are placed in mixed groups; Lower Elementary (Kg & 1st grades), Middle Elementary (2nd & 3rd grades), Upper Elementary (4th & 5th grades) and Middle School (6th – 8th grades) groups. Each group has specified times designated for Snack, Study Hall, Recess, and Enrichment Activities. 

We offer competitive rates however, we do not offer sibling discounts.  For additional information regarding our policies please see file below. To register for the Program, follow the Register Here link to our online registration portal in Procare.

Program Fees

Registration Fee: $30 per child the

After School Enrichment Program (ASEP)

All fees have been adjusted to be the same each month and are prepaid.  Payments will be collected through the Procare app and must be made prior to attendance.  Invoices are sent directly to parents via email. 

ASEP                                                                

   Monthly: $350

   Weekly: $120

   Daily: $30 Mon – Thu, $40 Fri

All fees are per child, we do not offer sibling discounts. 

Fees are billed directly to students’ ASEP account via our childcare software, Procare.

Payments

ASEP Fees:

All ASEP are prepaid.  Fees are billed through Procare, and must be made prior to attendance.  Payments can be made directly through the app.

Late Pick-Up Fees:

Are billed at the rate specified in the Parent & Student Handbook and are due at Pick-up.
