Bianca Brown McIntyre

Bianca Brown McIntyre is leader in the ed non profit and educational field where she leads national strategy for leadership development and people operations impacting thousands of educators and students each year. She began her journey in education as a teacher and then school counselor and talent coordinator in Dekalb County Schools and is also a former certified counselor and life coach. Bianca earned her Bachelor of Arts from Tennessee State University and her Master of Science from Walden University. She believes deeply in the power of strong leadership, equity-centered systems, and the unique strengths every adult  and child brings to the table. Outside of work, Bianca is a proud boy mom of 2, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and an active part of her local faith and service communities. She enjoys anything related to music and creating joyful memories with her family.
