Hi All – In the last meeting we discussed calling a specially called Finance Committee meeting in December (if needed). We did not yet need to hold this meeting as the closing process for EFF has been going smoothly and we expect to need this meeting in January instead. I am holding this space on our calendars in the even that we need to host a meeting prior to closing. Please let me know if you cannot make this time.
