At Montlick & Associates, we believe in the power of collaboration to bring about positive change in our schools and our communities. That’s why we’re pleased to sponsor Commitment 2 Education, a unique partnership with WSB-TV Channel 2 and the Teach on Project, formerly the Atlanta Families’ Awards for Excellence in Education (AFAEE). The Teach on Project’s mission remains the same; to identify excellent educators across Metro Atlanta, and to help them expand their impact through public recognition and financial support.
The 2019 Teach on Project Awards were given to 6 educators from 4 school districts. To win, each individual must go through a rigorous application process and demonstrate excellence in three areas: 1) increasing student achievement 2) enhancing student self-esteem and 3) effective collaboration with community stakeholders for the benefit of the students.
