End-of-Year Meal Account Notice

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we near the end of the 2024ā€“2025 school year, itā€™s important to resolve any outstanding school meal account balances for your student. Please review the following information and take the appropriate action no later than the listed deadlines.

šŸ” Step 1: Check Your Studentā€™s Meal Account Balance

Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal to view your childā€™s current account balance..

āœ… Positive Balances

If your child has a positive balance, you have the following options:

  • Leave the Balance in the Account:

    Remaining funds will automatically roll over into next school year. This is the easiest option and ensures your child has meal funds available at the start of next year.

  • Request a Refund:

    Families wishing to request a refund must submit this form by May 29, 2025: Refund Request Form

    Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of approval. Priority will be given to unenrolling students.

  • Donate the Balance:

    Support another Amana West student by donating your balance to help eliminate school meal debt. Submit your donation request by May 29, 2025: Donation Form

šŸš« Negative Balances

If your child has a negative meal account balance, please take immediate action:

  • Pay the Balance in Full by May 23, 2025:

    Visit the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to view and pay your balance. Payments may also be submitted to the front desk via cash or check.

  • Request a Payment Plan by May 21, 2025:

    If your family is experiencing financial hardship, we are here to help. Please complete this form to request a payment plan: Payment Plan Form

    Requests must be received by May 21 to avoid further action.

ā— Please note: Any unpaid balances will carry into the next school year and will result in restricted access to school meals until resolved.
