Please review the following information and take the appropriate action no later than the listed deadlines.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"3188\" data-end=\"3248\">\ud83d\udd0d Step 1: <strong data-start=\"3203\" data-end=\"3248\">Check Your Student\u2019s Meal Account Balance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3249\" data-end=\"3334\">Log in to your <strong data-start=\"3264\" data-end=\"3297\">Infinite Campus Parent Portal<\/strong> to view your child\u2019s current account balance..<\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3336\" data-end=\"3339\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"3341\" data-end=\"3368\">\u2705 <strong data-start=\"3347\" data-end=\"3368\">Positive Balances<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3370\" data-end=\"3443\">If your child has a <strong data-start=\"3390\" data-end=\"3410\">positive balance<\/strong>, you have the following options:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3445\" data-end=\"3994\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3445\" data-end=\"3560\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3447\" data-end=\"3560\"><strong data-start=\"3447\" data-end=\"3484\">Leave the Balance in the Account:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3484\" data-end=\"3487\" \/><br \/>\nRemaining funds will automatically <strong data-start=\"3524\" data-end=\"3537\">roll over<\/strong> into next school year. This is the easiest option and ensures your child has meal funds available at the start of next year.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3562\" data-end=\"3786\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3564\" data-end=\"3786\"><strong data-start=\"3564\" data-end=\"3585\">Request a Refund:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3585\" data-end=\"3588\" \/><br \/>\nFamilies wishing to request a refund must <strong data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1227\">submit this form by May 29, 2025<\/strong>:<a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/230526599604058\"> Refund Request Form<\/a><br data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1268\" \/><br \/>\nRefunds will be processed within 2 weeks of approval. <strong data-start=\"1324\" data-end=\"1389\">Priority will be given to unenrolling students.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3788\" data-end=\"3994\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3790\" data-end=\"3994\"><strong data-start=\"3790\" data-end=\"3813\">Donate the Balance:<\/strong><br data-start=\"3813\" data-end=\"3816\" \/><br \/>\nSupport another Amana West student by donating your balance to help eliminate school meal debt. Submit your donation request by <strong data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1637\">May 29, 2025<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/230526599604058\">Donation Form<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"3999\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"4001\" data-end=\"4029\">\ud83d\udeab <strong data-start=\"4008\" data-end=\"4029\">Negative Balances<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4031\" data-end=\"4115\">If your child has a <strong data-start=\"4051\" data-end=\"4084\">negative meal account balance<\/strong>, please take immediate action:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4117\" data-end=\"4531\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"4117\" data-end=\"4309\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4119\" data-end=\"4309\"><strong data-start=\"4119\" data-end=\"4163\">Pay the Balance in Full by May 23, 2025:<\/strong><br data-start=\"4163\" data-end=\"4166\" \/><br \/>\nVisit the <strong data-start=\"4178\" data-end=\"4211\">Infinite Campus Parent Portal<\/strong> to view and pay your balance. Payments may also be submitted to the front desk via cash or check.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"4311\" data-end=\"4531\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4313\" data-end=\"4531\"><strong data-start=\"4313\" data-end=\"4356\">Request a Payment Plan by May 21, 2025:<\/strong><br data-start=\"4356\" data-end=\"4359\" \/><br \/>\nIf your family is experiencing financial hardship, we are here to help.
