Club description: <\/strong>\u00a0The Little Yogis Program is a yoga, mindfulness, and creative movement enrichment program that offers a different level of movement, social bonding, and fun. We are committed to upholding the true nature of the practice of yoga, learning and applying coping skills, and enhancing physical functionality\u2014being active while having blast. Our program is geared to elevate our student\u2019s physical, emotional, and social stamina and flexible.<\/p>\n

Skills Gained: <\/strong>Practicing yoga helps kids to relieve stress and anxiety, increase focus and concentration, sleep better, improve your mood, and improve self-regulation. All of these benefits show that yoga is an important tool in our children\u2019s physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.<\/p>\n
