Process of Applying to Attend Amana Academy<\/span><\/h2>\r\n

We're so excited that you're interested in attending Amana Academy! <\/span>We have 5 steps in our application process. Please read the steps carefully.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>","bg_color":"white-bg"},{"acf_fc_layout":"left_image_right_text","image":1195,"text":"

1. Pre-Enrollment Form<\/h3>\r\n

Fill out the Pre-Enrollment Form<\/a><\/strong> to qualify for our lottery. The form for the 2025-2026 school year will released on December 1, 2025, and the deadline to complete the form is January 31st, 2026<\/p>\r\n

Please Note:<\/strong> If you fill out this Pre-Enrollment Form after Jan. 31<\/em>, your student's name will be placed on a waitlist in the order in which your application was received (based on the day and time).<\/p>","bg_color":"red-bg"},{"acf_fc_layout":"left_text_right_image","text":"

2. Lottery<\/h3>\r\n

The lottery for our 2026-2027 school year will take place on Monday, February 6 at 12:00 PM via Zoom. If you fill out the Pre-Enrollment Form during the open enrollment period (December 1, 2025 - January, 31, 2026), your student's name will be added to the lottery. This year, our lottery will happen virtually (online), but you're still more than welcome to come into the school to take part in the process. If you submit your application after January 31, your name will only be called after the lottery is complete. At that point, if any seats remain unfilled, OR if selected parents choose to withdraw their student's name from attendance, we will reach out to parents on the waitlist in the order of when they submitted their Pre-Enrollment Form.<\/p>","image":1198,"bg_color":"blue-bg"},{"acf_fc_layout":"left_image_right_text","image":1200,"text":"

3. Acceptance<\/h3>\r\n

After the lottery is complete, you will have 3\u00a0business days<\/strong> to accept your student's seat for the 2026-2027 year. It's crucial that accept your seat before the deadline given<\/em><\/strong>- if we do not hear back from you in that time frame, we will need to honor our lottery process and extend an offer to the next parent on our waitlist. Once you accept the offer, you will have 5 business days<\/strong> from that date to hand in the paperwork. 4. Checklist of Documents<\/h3>\r\n

Once you have accepted your seat at Amana (woohoo!), the below checklist of documents will need to be turned in online on your Integrity 6 account, OR at the school. If you choose to drop them at the school, please schedule an appointment with Ms. Mariana Loredo ahead of time (mloredo@amanaacademy.org<\/a><\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\r\n
